- Integrate AI technologies to optimize performance and automate processes.
- Drive modernization, best practices, and platform scalability in a multi-cloud, multi-org environment.
- Collaborate with the Director to align Salesforce strategy with business goals.
- Improved fundraising efficiency through automation and data-driven insights.
Oversee daily operations, incident management, and platform reliability:
- Manage incident response, performance tuning, environment management, and release operations.
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting for high availability.
- Support development and maintenance of solutions for fundraising and volunteer management.
- Ensuring uninterrupted donation processing and volunteer engagement.
Guide release management, DevOps practices and compliance:
- Support CI/CD pipelines, deployment strategies, and automation tools.
- Provide architectural guidance for compliant, high-quality releases.

- Faster delivery of new fundraising features and secure data handling.
Others:

- Champion CCS as a hero in the face of cancer.
- Contribute to our culture of diversity, inclusion, belonging and equity (DIBE) by ensuring that all staff feel represented, valued, and heard across all aspects of their identity, including gender, age, religion, ethnicity, nationality, race, and sexuality.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, business administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce architecture, development, and operations across major Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing) and custom applications.
