SOFTWARE ENGINEERING MANAGER II - VANCOUVER, HYBRID (2-3 DAYS IN OFFICE)

We are seeking a dynamic, delivery-focused Engineering Manager to lead an engineering team. The client's SaaS platform integrates directly with major partner banks; because of this, the team operates at the intersection of product engineering and high-stakes client delivery. We need a leader who has an engineering background, solid project management skills, and thrives under the healthy pressure of client-facing timelines and revenue-linked milestones.
As a hands-on leader, you will be responsible for the execution and delivery of key projects, ensuring your team produces high-quality, scalable, and robust software solutions. You will work closely with partner banks, product teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth, secure, and timely platform integrations. You will manage client-facing expectations, navigate shifting bank requirements, and ensure the team meets revenue-impacting integration deadlines.

Why Work With Our Client?
Visionary Team, Proven Results: The leadership bench brings deep, collective experience in scaling high-growth FinTech companies through major funding cycles and critical market inflection points. This expertise creates a stable foundation, allowing you to focus on building and innovating. You will benefit directly from mentorship, expand your professional network, and learn strategic decision-making processes.
Accelerated Career Ownership & DEI Commitment: As an emerging high-growth company, your career trajectory here is accelerated. Employees are immediately given a high level of ownership and autonomy over complex, impactful projects. Our client is committed to celebrating diversity, endorsing equity, and encouraging inclusion by eliminating bias throughout the recruitment process.
Strategic Total Rewards & Wellbeing: The client invests heavily in employee success. Total compensation packages are highly competitive, including a semi-annual bonus plan that gives you a true stake in the future. Beyond compensation, you will benefit from modern Apple equipment, a flexible Work-From-Anywhere policy, and a family leave top-up program.
Purpose-Driven Culture: Operating with a "we over me" mentality, the team fosters strong, collaborative bonds built on trust and candor. You will also enjoy fully stocked communal areas, weekly catered team lunches, and daily premium coffee perks.
