Title : Senior Operations Manager
Organization : Real Food for Real Kids
Location : East End of Toronto, ON (On site)
Hours of work : Monday to Friday, 8 : 00am-4 : 00pm (occasional work outside these hours as needed)
Compensation : $90,000 - $100,000 / year, dependant on experience

About the Role :
The Sr. Operations Manager collaborates with all departments to ensure outstanding quality and service. You will provide strategic planning, uphold high standards of processes and professionalism, and act as the conduit between staff, production, and business objectives. The role emphasizes continuous improvement, measuring success, and fostering a positive, innovative environment.
This position leads food production and facilities personnel, ensuring safety, productivity, facility projects, maintenance, and budget management.
Key Responsibilities :
Production Management
- Lead daily production operations for efficiency and alignment with organizational goals.
- Oversee production planning and staffing schedules.
- Coordinate resources across shifts and respond to operational needs.
- Communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Lead and develop team leads and staff, fostering accountability and teamwork.
- Support workforce planning, including recruitment, onboarding, and training.
- Participate in R&D initiatives for process and product improvements.
- Track and report operational metrics.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
