Summary
Perform a variety of routine and complex tasks associated with the installation, service and calibration of therapeutic, diagnostic or life-sustaining biomedical instruments. This position performs and manages operations on a day-to-day basis, collaborates and maintains positive relationships with customers, and takes direction from the RSM or dedicated site manager. The position also ensures that our services are in compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Knowledge and Customer Service
- Apply knowledge and experience of technology and / or equipment to repair and maintain devices.
- Create and maintain customer relationships and expectations.
- Ability to travel to other customer sites periodically, when needed.
- Perform repairs and planned maintenance on a daily basis.
