Pc specialist Jobs in Toronto, ON

We are in search of a PC Technician to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. The primary function of this role is to provide high-quality desktop support, managing tasks related to computer hardware, Dell Technologies, IBM, and Linux Technologies. This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities :

• Provide comprehensive desktop support, addressing issues related to Mac and PC computers, Dell / Samsung monitors, and webcams.
• Utilize Service Now to track and manage tasks and issues.
• Maintain flexibility and adaptability to manage a variety of tasks and shift priorities as needed.
• Engage with the team and customers in a social and interactive manner.
• Support Office 365 as required, although this is not a primary task.
• Manage and maintain accurate records of customer credit applications.
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.
• Install and maintain cable and backup technologies.
• Manage and troubleshoot issues related to Microsoft Windows and Apple Macintosh operating systems.
• Utilize skills in AB Testing and Active Directory in performing tasks.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a PC Technician or in a similar role
• Proficiency in Computer Hardware
• Experience with Dell Technologies and IBM
• Familiarity with Linux Technologies
• Experience with Mac Computers
• Knowledge of AB Testing
• Ability to work with Active Directory
• Proficiency in handling Apple Devices
• Familiarity with Backup Technologies
• Experience in Cable Installation
• Deep understanding of Microsoft Windows
• Experience with Apple Macintosh
