Job description3+ years experience in PHP, database design, User Interface design, web application technologies including HTML, CSS and JavaScript. Experience in PHP 8.0 using the Laravel framework. Experience in Oracle Experience working with business subject matter experts in order to understand and interpret business processes and priorities. Excellent written & verbal communication skills (comfortable & confident communicating at all levels including business partners, leadership and vendors. Ability to Revise, edit, proofread & optimize web content Proficiency in at least one server-side technology (Java, PHP, NodeJS, Python, Ruby)
Our client in the public sector is looking for a contract based PHP developer to work on an internal web application.
Duration : 6 months + 6 months extension
Location : Hybrid Toronto
Responsibilities :
- Review project design documents including wire frames, business requirements, and proposed data design.
- Provide input into application architecture and design.
- Develop documentation to support the sustainment of applications.
- Provide input into testing plans and scripts and testing procedures.
- Develop an internal web application using PHP Laravel.
