Job Description

• Maintain and manage construction site documentation, ensuring all records are up to date and easily accessible.
• Coordinate communication between site supervisors, contractors, and external stakeholders.
• Assist in tracking project timelines and deliverables to support the construction team's objectives.
• Prepare and distribute reports, memos, and other correspondence as required.
• Ensure compliance with safety and procedural standards by organizing relevant documents.
• Manage inventory and supplies for the construction site to ensure project needs are met.
• Support site supervisors with administrative tasks and scheduling as needed.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Site Clerk should have:

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Experience working on residential projects.
• Excellent communication abilities to coordinate with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in managing and maintaining accurate records and documentation.
• Familiarity with construction processes and terminology is an asset.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Permanent position with a salary range of $70000 to $95000 CAD.
