- We are looking for a creative and technically proficient Full Stack Developer to join our team in building and maintaining external-facing websites using Ruby on Rails and Vue.js. These platforms serve millions of users globally and are central to digital storytelling, content delivery, and fan engagement.
- Develop and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications using Ruby on Rails for backend services and Vue.js for frontend interfaces.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and content teams to deliver engaging and responsive user experiences.
- Build and integrate APIs for content delivery, user authentication, media streaming, and third-party services.
- Ensure SEO optimization, accessibility compliance (WCAG), and cross-browser compatibility.
- Implement CI / CD pipelines and support automated testing and deployment processes.
- Monitor site performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize for speed and scalability.
- Maintain documentation for code, architecture, and deployment workflows.
- Stay current with emerging web technologies and Disney’s digital standards.
