These rates will be applied until a new collective agreement is ratified. Retro will be paid after the ratification.

Requirements:
Must have an MBA or Master's degree (PhD preferred) either in the area of organizational behaviour or in human resources management. Must also demonstrate recent professional experience directly related to the course. Must also have teaching experience, preferably in the area of OB or HRM.
