Job descriptionAssist in maintaining positive employee relations by addressing inquiries, providing HR-related information, and contributing to the resolution of employee issues. Handle basic payroll duties, including maintaining employee records, processing payroll information, and ensuring accurate and timely payment to employees. Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, including enrollment, maintenance, and addressing employee inquiries related to benefits. Ensure compliance with all relevant labor regulations and company policies, updating procedures as necessary. Maintain accurate and updated employee records and HR databases. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus. Minimum of 2 years of HR experience in the manufacturing sector Recent graduates with an HR program background are encouraged to apply, with no requirement for prior manufacturing experience. Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications.
