Summary

We are currently looking for a Creative Resource Manager to join our internal agency team, reporting to the Senior Manager, Business Operations & Resource Management. The Creative Resource Manager will play an essential role within our internal agency, supporting our Brand Leads, Agency Operations and partnering with our Creative and Production teams to ensure the success of creative initiatives. Our ideal candidate is proactive and positive, a master multi‑tasker, and a true team player.

This contract role collaborates with Brand Leads and Agency Operations to understand incoming projects, scope, and timelines to seamlessly handle creative assignments and provide recommendations on capacity and bandwidth of Creative teams.

What You'll Do

Pre‑Brief Phase

• Operate as a functional conduit between Creative Teams and Business Leads by working in advance of assignments to assess implications and anticipate workload needs.
• Review all Project Intake forms in a timely manner and address next steps with Brand Lead, Project Managers, and appropriate creative teams (e.g., confirmation of scope, ask, timelines).
• Attend Brand Lead status meetings and collaborate with the full team throughout creative development while staying informed of timing, scope, and priority changes.
