OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Commercial Leasing Representative to support and execute leasing activities across a diverse portfolio of industrial, office, and retail assets. This role combines transactional leasing support with front-line leasing responsibilities and requires strong market knowledge, analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will play an integral support role in marketing available space, supporting negotiations, preparing lease documentation, and coordinating closely with ownership, property management, brokers, and legal counsel.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Leasing & Transaction Support
- Support leasing activities from initial inquiry through deal completion, including tours, proposals, offers to lease, waivers, amendments, and renewals
- Draft and coordinate Offers to Lease, commission agreements, waivers, amendments, and related leasing documentation with accuracy and attention to detail
- Assist in negotiations by preparing deal summaries, comparative analyses, and market intelligence
- Coordinate execution of leasing documentation and ensure timely follow-up on conditions and deliverables
Leasing Representative Functions
- Market available space and liaise with brokers, tenants, and prospective tenants
- Conduct property tours independently or alongside senior leasing team members
- Maintain strong relationships with brokerage community and tenants
- Track leads, deals, and pipeline activity and provide regular reporting
Coordination & Administration
- Act as a key point of contact between leasing, property management, legal, and asset management teams
- Maintain accurate leasing files, databases, and CRM systems
- Assist with preparation of marketing materials, availability listings, and market reports
- Ensure lease data is accurately recorded and communicated internally
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in commercial real estate leasing, brokerage, or leasing coordination
- Experience working with industrial, office, and/or retail assets
- Strong understanding of leasing transactions, documentation, and deal flow
- Proven ability to draft Offers to Lease, waivers, and related leasing documents
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); CRM experience an asset
- Demonstrated experience using Excel for data analysis, tracking, and reporting, with the ability to organize, interpret, and present information accurately and efficiently.
- Valid Ontario real estate license is an asset, but not required
Assets (Preferred Qualifications)
- Strong knowledge of the GTA West market (including Mississauga, Oakville, Burlington, and surrounding areas)
- Brokerage experience or direct exposure to the brokerage community
- Experience working with institutional or portfolio landlords
- Familiarity with market leasing metrics, comparables, and deal structures
- Experience with Yardi and Deal Manager (CommercialCafe) considered a strong asset

PAY RANGE
The expected base pay range for this position is:
$60,000.00 - $80,000.00
