We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Representative to join a leading company in downtown Calgary. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring customer satisfaction. This hybrid role allows for a flexible work-life balance, with 2-3 days of remote work per week and all necessary equipment provided. Availability required : Monday through Friday, shift may vary between hours of 8am and 6pm
