We're looking for Call center agents to handle customer calls, addressing issues efficiently with empathy and understanding, assist on getting payments on current accounts.

• As a fraud agent you will monitor client transactions.
• Provide a wonderful client experience while mitigating fraud losses to banking customers.
• You will identify, analyze and conduct investigations through credit cards and other banking channels to determine possible fraud or unusual activity.
