Your Opportunity
The success of a project hinges on appropriate planning and execution. Project controls manages project metrics such as time, cost, and resources, as well as project revenue and cash flow. This role encompasses the people, processes, and tools used to plan, manage, and mitigate cost and schedule issues and risks that may impact a project.
- Set up and maintain cost controls from project initiation to close out.
- Provide standard and customized cost reports to project managers.
- Review and code third‑party invoices for processing.
- Monitor budgets and facilitate change‑management processes as needed.
- Analyze, evaluate, and forecast based on progress and performance.
- Track cost performance against baselines and update baselines accordingly.
- Support the development of Work Breakdown Structures for execution and monitoring.
- Validate source data and ensure integrity of processes affecting project success (e.g., coding, budget allocation, A / R & A / P).
- Manage invoicing while ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with project managers.
- Perform financial reconciliations.
- Administrate use of Oracle Financial systems (or similar) and in‑house project management software (IPS) for budget / cost control and reporting.
- Conduct QA / QC on all deliverables.

Pay Range
Pay Transparency
In compliance with pay transparency laws, pay ranges are provided for positions in locations where required. Final compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. Certain roles are bonus eligible, and compensation for part‑time roles will be pro‑rated based on the agreed number of hours per week.
