This technical PM is the main point of contact for clients and will coordinate the full lifecycle of HVAC projects, build and maintain strong customer relationships, deliver detailed project documentation, and collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure project deliverables and client needs are met. The Mechanical Project Manager will use their expertise to provide insight on strategies and risks for project planning, and to transfer knowledge to client teams to ensure an understanding of systems to properly operate them.

The successful candidate will have a degree in Mechanical Engineering, and previous experience with HVAC and project management. They have a strong understanding of building codes, project delivery methods, budget management, and change management. Strong interpersonal and client management skills and the ability to collaborate with internal and external teams are required. They have high attention to detail and are skilled with time management, organization, and prioritization. Up to 25% overnight travel may be required.
