Responsibilities
Assist in drafting and updating the master plans for various buildings in Saint John, Moncton and Halifax using our project database.
Assist in organizing and maintaining project documentation and digital files to support smooth project tracking and accessibility.
Support project closeout by compiling and verifying required documentation.
Conduct site visits to gather measurements and data for floor plan creation or updates.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure documentation is current and properly structured.
Use AutoCAD software to assist in drafting or updating plans.
Communicate site visit findings and observations to the project team.
Provide general support for project development and database management as needed.
Qualifications and Skills :
Currently enrolled as a 2nd or 3rd year student in an Engineering, Architecture, or Construction-related program
Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD
Intermediate MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint skills
Flexible and reliable
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Commitment to environmental, health, and safety standards
Good written and oral communications skills
Strong customer service orientation
Valid Driver’s Licens
Willingness to occasionally travel to Moncton and Halifax with the project team
