Responsibilities
- Responsible for the overall planning and execution of multiple projects, simultaneously, consisting of various precast/pre-stressed concrete products
- Engaging in various responsibilities from budget analysis, issuing subcontracts, scope reviews, requisitions, change management and ongoing communication to complete projects
- Scheduling drawing submittals, hardware and delivery of material to jobsites as well as submitting monthly progress claims and approving invoices
- Consistently meeting client requirements for safety, quality, schedule, and cost
- Recognizing key issues and acting in a timely manner to expedite solutions both internally and externally
- Providing daily leadership to Project Coordinators and Administrators, is a team player and provides contribution through constructive communication
- Solve problems and make decisions that will provide the best outcome for our projects and our company
- Other duties as assigned
Technical Requirements
- Post-secondary education with an engineering or technical background would be considered an asset
- Team leadership experience would be considered an asset
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Has experience reading drawings
- Ability to learn new software
