About Us

Questor Technology (www.questortech.com) is an international award-winning clean technology company solving the world's biggest environmental emissions problems. Founded on the premise of leaving the world better than we found it, our innovative, patented, ISO approved technology delivers the most environmentally responsible, cost-effective, and sustainable way for our clients to meet their emissions reduction targets. Our vision is simple: We are passionate about creating a cleaner, sustainable future for everyone. We believe that together we can create a path to net-zero, create clean power for the communities we serve, and have fun in the process.

Position Overview

Are you a visionary, results-driven executive leader with a passion for clean technology and building high-performing organizations? This is an outstanding opportunity to lead a highly regarded and longstanding company doing pioneering work in the global emissions reduction space.

The President & Chief Executive Officer will lead our driven and passionate Executive Leadership Team in setting the strategic direction of the Company, driving commercial and operational excellence across our existing incinerator product line, and accelerating growth of our integrated Waste Heat to Power modular ORC and data solutions.

Our Ideal Candidate

  • Proven senior executive leadership experience within a technology, energy services, or industrial/clean-tech environment
  • Strong strategic and commercial acumen, with a track record of driving revenue growth, operational efficiency, and profitability
  • Demonstrated experience working with or reporting to a Board of Directors, including public company or investor-facing governance experience
  • A visionary, hands-on leader who can balance long-term strategy with day-to-day operational execution
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills across investors, customers, regulators, and employees
  • Passion for environmental sustainability, clean technology, and emissions reduction innovation
  • Sound judgment, high integrity, and the ability to make difficult decisions in a fast-paced, evolving industry
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, comfortable presenting to Boards, investors, and public audiences

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead the execution of Questor's corporate strategy, growth plans, and long-term vision in alignment with Board direction
  • Identify and evaluate new markets, technologies, partnerships, and acquisition opportunities to drive growth and diversification
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory developments to keep the Company positioned as a market leader in emissions reduction technology
  • Serve as the primary liaison to the Board of Directors, providing timely, accurate, and transparent reporting on Company performance, risks, and strategic initiatives
  • Ensure the Company operates in compliance with all applicable corporate governance, legal, and regulatory requirements
  • Support the Board in matters of corporate policy, risk oversight, and succession planning
  • Own overall accountability for the Company's financial performance, including revenue, profitability, capital allocation, and budgeting
  • Oversee operational execution across manufacturing, service delivery, and technology deployment to ensure quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators across all business units, taking corrective action where required
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing senior leadership team, fostering accountability, collaboration, and a strong performance culture
  • Champion Questor's core values and cultivate an organizational culture that supports employee engagement, safety, and retention
  • Lead organizational design and succession planning to support current and future business needs
  • Serve as the Company's primary spokesperson with customers, investors, media, and industry organizations
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key customers, partners, regulators, and industry associations
  • Represent Questor's mission and technology at industry events, conferences, and investor engagements as required

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline; MBA or equivalent advanced degree considered an asset
  • 10+ years of progressive senior leadership experience, including prior experience as a President, CEO, or comparable executive role
  • Experience in the energy services, clean technology, or industrial equipment sectors is strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated success leading organizational growth, whether through market expansion, M&A, or new product/technology commercialization
  • Strong financial knowledge, including budgeting, forecasting, and capital markets experience
  • Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally as required

What We Offer

Questor offers a competitive compensation package, including performance-based incentives, a health and wellness spending account, and paid vacation.
