The COO will be a key partner to the CEO, responsible for co-creating and executing the company strategy, and ensuring that the operational functions align with the bold yet achievable growth paths. This leadership position demands a visionary builder with a proven track record in driving and scaling business growth, particularly in a B2B SaaS or software context. The successful candidate will be tasked with leading cross-functional initiatives, building and optimizing scalable operational processes, and driving operational discipline to support the company's expansion. Experience with growth frameworks such as Scaling Up, EOS, OKRs, Lean Methodology, or Agile practices is essential for instilling a culture of efficiency, innovation, and disciplined execution.
