The successful candidate will be responsible for setting the strategic vision, driving commercial success, and building deep partnerships that align with the company's goal of making reforestation faster, smarter, and massively scalable. This role demands a leader with a balance of entrepreneurial energy and disciplined execution, capable of scaling the organization from a startup to a global force in the nature-based carbon economy. The CEO will be tasked with defining and communicating the long-term vision, leading strategic planning, and translating the mission into actionable growth strategies. Success will be measured by the company's global scale, financial strength, deep partnerships, team excellence, and lasting impact on the planet's carbon balance. Applicants for the CEO position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' leadership experience, with a preference for those who have held executive roles in related sectors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in scaling organizations, a deep understanding of reforestation, ecosystem restoration, or environmental policy, and a history of closing complex, multi-year partnerships.
