Performance
We are looking for Internationally Educated nurses who are in the process of becoming registered with the CNO to practice as a Registered Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse in Ontario and must still complete their supervised practice. You must have received from the CNO a notification of eligibility to participate in the Supervised Practice Program (SPEP). You will be matched with one of our nursing departments if you meet the qualifications to complete your 140 hours of practice. 48_ Customer Care Created with Sketch.
Patient Care
As a member of our interprofessional team, you will work collaboratively with the other members of the care team in providing care to patients. You will practice in an environment where our focus is on patient / family centered care, customer satisfaction and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications
Internationally Educated Nurse. Received a CNO issued notification of eligibility to participate in the Supervised Practice Program (SPEP). Current BCLS certification or ability to complete within 6 months. Recent related medical / surgical experience with evidence of well-developed clinical skills. RNAO membership is preferred. Demonstrated good attendance and performance records with the ability to maintain these same standards. Demonstrates a commitment to a healthy and safe workplace for self and others (staff, patients, families, etc.) by taking all reasonable precautions and working in compliance with organization related policies, health and safety legislation and best practices and completing relevant mandatory education as required.
