  • Be open to travel. This position will be approximately 60% field based, fluctuating +/-10% based on project milestones, requiring frequent travel to job sites across, rural, urban and remote locations. Travel may be at a moments notice due to unforeseen circumstances with field logistics, environmental issues, and/or coverage for supervisors in the field.
  • Project timelines are established for each approved project, with defined project goals, objectives, risks, assumptions, staffing levels, roles and responsibilities, work breakdown structure, milestones, and deliverables.
  • All site budget, quality and schedule KPI’s are met, weekly, monthly, and quarterly according to the site profit and loss component of budgets set with the input of this position at the outset of the project.
  • Customer expectations are consistently exceeded with the development and continuous improvement of methods, systems, and processes in a complex and rapidly changing environment.
  • Setting clear performance goals for your team and external vendors to achieve project margins.
  • External facing client relations with respect to active project sites are managed representing IFM in a positive, inclusive and collaborative manner, achieving client satisfaction.
  • Leading and participating in high risk negotiations with clients and external vendors to achieve positive outcomes.

  • A place where people matter, not only at work but in the community
  • Be #1 on day 1 by joining an industry leader
  • Job security as we are in growth mode
  • Very competitive compensation package
  • Benefits coverage starts on your first day
