EverLine Coatings, a rapidly scaling commercial service brand, is looking for an experienced, reliable, and proactive Production Manager to lead our Location in New Brunswick & PEI. Our small but rapidly growing team is in need of a critical field training and support function leader to successfully launch and support our growing network. The successful candidate would be set on a clear path to Operations Manager within the next calendar year.

Job brief
We are looking for a Production Manager to oversee day-day operations of the local business unit.
Production Manager responsibilities include, but are not limited to; project planning and oversight, quality control, on-site coaching, managing crew leads, shop maintenance, and material/supply/tool procurement. To be successful in this role, you should be a thoughtful leader and a confident decision-maker, helping our people develop and be productive while ensuring efficient start-finish projects.

This is an introductory management role with a clear path to Operations Manager. Perfect for someone who's looking to get in on the ground floor with a quickly emerging franchise to help "build the castle".

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations
• First point of contact for day/night shift crew leads
• Meet with clients & suppliers
• Oversee SCRUM meetings with day/night crews
• Ensure crews work productively and develop professionally
• Oversee training of new employees
• Oversee maintenance of equipment, vehicles, trailers
• Oversee Line Tech skill sign offs & tests
• Prepare regular reports for General Manager
• Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations
• Ensure shop cleanliness, inventory, and organization
• Project planning support
• On-site coaching & reinforcement
• Project quality control

Requirements and skills

• Proven experience as a Operations Manager or similar role considered an asset, however not required
• Experience in project planning
• Strong analytical ability
• Excellent communication skills
• Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
• Problem-solving aptitude
• BSc/BA in Business or relevant field; MSc/MA is a plus
• Experience in B2B service business
