Job Description
Satori Consulting Inc. is proud to partner with Banyan Community Services in the search for a skilled and values-driven leader with deep experience in Project and Change Management.
The Opportunity
As the Director, Program & Infrastructure Modernization, you will lead a transformative 18-month initiative to modernize Banyan Community Service’s physical infrastructure and program model redesign in support of our 24 / 7 / 365 youth justice operations. This role is critical to ensuring our facilities are safe, efficient, and aligned with the evolving needs of our youth, staff, and community partners.
You will be responsible for leading the full modernization of one youth justice site, with the potential to expand similar initiatives to an additional location. This work will focus on redesigning programs, spaces, and systems, and integrating modern technologies and practices to enhance service delivery. Where capital improvements are required, you will ensure they meet all regulatory and safety standards. You will also lead internal change management efforts, working collaboratively with staff to ensure they are supported, engaged, and confident throughout the transition to new systems and environments.
Working closely with the CEO and Senior Management Team, you will provide strategic direction, manage complex stakeholder relationships, including unions, funders, and government partners, and ensure that all modernization efforts are delivered on time, on budget, and with measurable impact.
Banyan is a not-for-profit organization that has provided quality services to the youth justice, children, and senior community support sectors since 1978. Banyan is committed to improving the mental, physical, and social well-being of at-risk populations in our service areas of Hamilton, Niagara, Brant, Haldimand, Norfolk, and Wellington.
Our mission is providing client-centered, quality care to individuals and families with complex needs. Supporting people to build independence, resilience, life skills, and community connection through a multidisciplinary approach.
As a transformational partner in building safe, inclusive, and barrier-free communities, our core values of respect & dignity, integrity & ethical conduct, equity & inclusion, advocacy & social justice, accountability & transparency guide everything we do.
From youth justice and alternative dispute programs to senior supports like Grocer‑Ease and our Young Parent Program, Banyan is responsive, innovative, and deeply committed to making real change.
Compensation & How To Apply
Compensation will be commensurate with background and experience and will include a base salary and a comprehensive benefit package.
Accessibility and Inclusion
