About the Role
We are seeking a visionary Director of the Direct Entry Program (DEP) to lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of our internationally recognised English language proficiency pathway. This role is central to ensuring academic excellence, compliance, and student success across AIFE’s standalone DEP centres.
Location : Surrey Hills, VIC
Term : Full Time permanent opportunity, 5 days on site

Travel : International travel will be required at times
Key Responsibilities
- Lead curriculum development, assessment design, and moderation practices
- Manage DEP teaching staff recruitment, training, and performance
- Oversee student support strategies to enhance retention and progression
- Ensure compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards
- Represent AIFE / AEMG in academic forums and liaise with partner universities
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement across DEP operations
