ROLE PURPOSE
The Program Manager (ABI) position will oversee the operation of a residential program for individuals who are living with an acquired brain injury and require support to live more independently in community. This position will apply leadership and innovation to make a difference by meeting the needs of our clients, staff, funders, and regulators. The manager inspires excellence and purpose into the program by planning, organizing, staffing, and monitoring activities that ensure key targets are achieved.
HOURS
40 HOURS PER WEEK – Monday to Friday, 0900-1700.
This position requires the ability to work flexible hours based on operational needs.

QUALIFICATIONS
Preference for candidates with knowledge of non‑profit work environments, Public Health Authorities or Assisted Living Programs.
REQUIREMENTS
COMPENSATION
Annual Salary will be between $65,900 to $82,400 and will be based on experience and qualifications. This role is also eligible for the organization’s comprehensive benefits package. The salary range provided represents the total compensation plan for this position. Actual salary placement will be determined based on a variety of factors, including pay equity, market conditions, candidate experience, internal equity, and organizational priorities. Placement within the range is typically at the midpoint.
Important : Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada, observe their weekly hours limit if under a temporary or study visa, and provide proof of eligibility if selected for the role.
