Job Description
EBC thinks outside the box and deploys all its know‑how to carry out major infrastructure projects: bridges, roads, highways, marine installations, and complex civil works. Our ability to meet deadlines and budgets, combined with our vast expertise, allows us to actively participate in large‑scale projects such as the Samuel‑De‑Champlain Bridge, the Réseau Express Métropolitain (REM), and the Site C hydro‑electric power station in British Columbia.

Our seasoned team of engineers, project managers, and specialists also brings its expertise to the construction of wind farms and hydroelectric infrastructure such as dams, power stations, tunnels, and dikes. EBC is positioned as a recognized leader in this sector across Canada.

Come move mountains with us.

  • In collaboration with Project Managers and Superintendents, ensure execution meets objectives for safety, quality, productivity, schedule, and cost, and implement corrective actions when required;
  • Support the Vice President, when required, in negotiating client contract terms, including those related to renewable energy projects;
  • Conduct monthly cost control reviews with Project Managers and report performance to the Vice President;
  • Assign staff to worksites in accordance with HR policies and monitor productivity and operating costs;
  • Ensure client satisfaction with a strong focus on safety, budget, schedule, and quality;
  • Ensure the application of EBC’s Health & Safety programs and compliance with company standards;
  • Ensure compliance with EBC’s QA/QC system and applicable ISO standards;
  • Lead project kick‑off meetings, periodic reviews, post‑mortems, and planning sessions;
  • Address legal or claims‑related issues in collaboration with the Vice President and ensure proper documentation;
  • Perform all other duties required to fulfill the mandate;
  • Evaluate personnel under his/her responsibility in accordance with company policies.
