Additionally, the role involves running key governance forums, leading monthly steering committee (SteerCo) meetings, and managing a small team of staff. The ideal candidate will bring strong problem-solving skills, agile execution expertise, and hands-on experience with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tools such as Archer or ServiceNow (SNOW).

Position Responsibilities :

Serve as the central point of coordination for the Integrated Approach Program, ensuring alignment across governance teams.

  • Establish and run program governance forums, including working groups and monthly steering committee (SteerCo) meetings, ensuring clear communication and effective decision-making.
  • Maintain the overall health of the program by proactively identifying risks, issues, and dependencies, and driving resolution.
  • Ensure seamless connectivity and collaboration across various stakeholders and workstreams.

Execution and Delivery :

Drive agile program execution to meet key deliverables, ensuring milestones are achieved on time and within scope.

  • Monitor program KPIs and metrics, providing regular updates to the Head of IAP Centralized Governance.
  • Lead problem-solving initiatives to address program challenges and risks in a timely and effective manner.
  • Vendor Oversight :

Oversee vendor activities to ensure alignment with program objectives, contractual obligations, and performance standards.

  • Manage vendor relationships, ensuring timely delivery of quality outcomes and value to the program.
  • Leadership and Team Management :

Provide leadership and direction to a small team of program staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance.

  • Mentor and develop staff, ensuring effective delegation and capacity-building.
  • Tools and Technology Management :

Leverage experience with GRC tools such as Archer or ServiceNow (SNOW) to support program governance, reporting, and execution.

  • Ensure appropriate use of tools to track, measure, and communicate program progress and risks.
  • Required Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Risk Management, Information Technology, or related field. Post-graduate degree or professional designation in a related risk, control or compliance domain is an asset.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in program management, governance, or a related leadership role.
  • Experience coordinating complex, cross-functional programs involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong background in Risk, Privacy, Compliance, Audit, or IT domains.
  • Hands-on experience with GRC tools such as Archer or ServiceNow (SNOW).
  • Proven ability to lead agile execution and drive successful program outcomes.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and overseeing vendor performance.
  • Prior experience managing teams with strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to address program risks and challenges.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across levels.
  • Exceptional organizational and execution skills to deliver program milestones.
  • Proficiency in governance frameworks, agile methodologies, and program reporting.
  • Ability to foster collaboration across diverse teams and workstreams.
  • When you join our team :

  • We’ll empower you to learn and grow the career you want.
  • We’ll recognize and support you in a flexible environment where well-being and inclusion are more than just words.
  • As part of our global team, we’ll support you in shaping the future you want to see.
