Overview
AWC Water Solutions has enjoyed double-digit annual revenue growth over the past several years and we are constantly adding new technologies to our portfolio of water and wastewater treatment solutions. We are targeting further accelerated growth across North America over the next several years.
We are looking for an experienced Sales Coordinator to support the company’s continued growth ambitions. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Company’s sales organization by coordinating activities across Applications, Bid Management, Outside Sales, and Marketing. This hands-on role focuses on CRM management, reporting, lead coordination, tradeshow support, and sales enablement activities to help streamline operations and drive the Company’s sales objectives.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Applications, Bid Management, and Outside Sales teams to on a wide variety of initiatives to help streamline operations and achieve the Company’s sales targets
- Maintain, update, and ensure the accuracy of the Company’s CRM data
- Generate monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc sales and performance reports using CRM, PowerBI, and other reporting tools
- Manage inbound sales leads from website submissions, procurement platforms, and other sources, ensuring timely routing and follow-up
- Coordinate the Company’s tradeshow and event activities across North America, including logistics, materials, and internal coordination
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of the Company’s monthly internal and quarterly external newsletters
- Research and assemble market and competitive intelligence across various verticals
- Support and manage ad-hoc marketing initiatives in collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Provide general administrative and coordination support to the sales team as required
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, marketing, or a related field is an asset
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and the ability to quickly learn new software platforms such as CRM systems and PowerBI
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Hands on, entrepreneurial approach with the ability to operate effectively in fast-paced business environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong data management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams
