Select People Solutions is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our client. This position provides administrative, clerical, and front-line support to ensure programs, services, and community initiatives run smoothly and respectfully. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, culturally aware, and committed to supporting communities through meaningful, community-driven work.

The rate of pay will be $53K / year
Monday through Friday, daytime hours
Position Summary :
Support management and program staff with day-to-day administrative tasks
Serve as a welcoming and respectful first point of contact
Maintain accurate, confidential records and program documentation
Assist with coordinating meetings, preparing agendas and minutes, and supporting clear follow-up and communication
Provide basic financial and administrative support, including invoice tracking and expense documentation
Assist with grant writing and compliance
Required Qualifications :
High School Diploma
2–3 years of experience in an administrative or office support
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact respectfully
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism, care, and discretion
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfort using office systems and databases
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a small, community-focused team
