The Role: eCapital is currently seeking a Pre-Purchase Verifications Analyst to join our team in our Orillia Ontario office.
At eCapital, our employees are the base of our business, and dynamic employees enable us to service our clients in the most exceptional manner.
As a Pre-Purchase Verifications Analyst, you will be responsible for validating invoice legitimacy by communicating with account debtors via phone and email.
You will be required to document and escalate issues in a timely manner, as necessary.
The mission of the verification team is to mitigate risk by ensuring that faulty collateral does not enter the portfolio through a thorough verification process.
Responsibilities: Identify issues/suspicious alterations on paperwork.
Evaluating/mitigating financial risk by calling/emailing debtors frequently and verify collateral.
Take notes to reflect verification activity and track personal efforts.
Follow up with Pending verifications for invoices that have been held.
Client communicated related to solutioning verification issues and fostering a transparent verification experience.
Other duties as assigned by direct, department, or division leadership.
Qualifications: Strong attention to detail Excellent communication skills Excellent time management and organization skills Ability to track work and take exceptional notes on activity.
