ABOUT THE ROLEThe Supply Chain organization is seeking a Fieldglass Program Analyst to support the Construction Management & Inspection Program Office (CMI PMO). The CMI PMO forms part of the P2P Process Enablement & Automation Team — a growing Supply Chain function focused on optimizing procure-to-pay processes, improving system performance, and supporting critical field operations.This role offers the opportunity to influence system design, strengthen rateernance, and help scale a high-impact program. The position is responsible for the functional configuration and management of the SAP Fieldglass Contingent module, ensuring accurate rateernance,pliant job postings, and timely processing of contingent workforce transactions.POSITION DETAILS Job Title Business Analyst (Junior) Fieldglass Program Analyst Program Area Supply Chain – CMI Program Office (P2P Enablement) Contract Length Until March 21, 2027 Location Calgary, AB — Hybrid Employment Type Contract KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDay-to-day management of the Fieldglass Contingent module at high transaction volumes, including:

• Manage daily Fieldglass Contingent module activities including work orders, revisions, extensions, and closeouts.
• Review job postings from construction management teams to ensure correct job classifications, rate structures, andpliance.
• Create, validate, and transition to new rate cards, structures, and suppliers using strong knowledge of contractual rate schedules.
• Proactively manage contractual rate changes, including rate schedules and timesheet-based allotments.
• Process weekly timesheets within SLAs and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Understand and maintain functional Fieldglass configurations including job catalogs, rate structures, and reporting, support systemernance.
• Collaborate with functional teams across Contracts, Procurement, Projects, Construction Management, HR, and IS for issue investigation and resolution.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and Power Automate workflows to support reporting and operational visibility.
• Provide user support, develop training materials, and guide internal stakeholders on Fieldglass processes and best practices.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Requirement Min. Experience Hands-on experience with the SAP Fieldglass Contingent module, including rate structures, rate schedules, and rateernance 2+ Years Background in procurement, contingent workforce management, or construction project support 1+ Year Effectivemunication skills with ability to support and guide diverse stakeholder groups 1+ Year Strong analytical capability andfort working with high transaction volumes Demonstrated Strong prioritization and organizational skills Required Experience supporting system enhancements, functional configuration, and process improvements 1+ Year Practical experience with SAP ECC, particularly within Materials Management (MM) 1+ Year NICE TO HAVE

• Experience supporting change management activities such asmunications, training, or rollout planning.
• Background in process improvement or Procure-to-Pay (P2P) optimization work.
• Familiarity with construction inspection work and field-based workflows.
• Proficiency with Power BI and Power Automate for reporting and workflow automation.
