Program Coordinator
Are you a seasoned office coordinator or administrator with experience in directing, organizing and controlling project activities? Are you organized with the ability to pay attention to detail? This position is responsible for coordination of an industrial training program. The Program Coordinator role is responsible for maintaining and tracking the program evaluations, assisting Program Director with issuing proposals and budgets, project scheduling, and monitor budgets and expenditure associated with running the program. - Assist the Program Director in the drafting and issuance of project proposals, tenders, budgets, cash flows
- Use project scheduling and control tools to monitor projects plans, work hours, budgets and expenditures
- Track & manage participant information, results and track statistics
- Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the participants and project team
- Maintain compliance of drug & alcohol testing and certifications
- Perform evaluations of candidates - both pre and post program completion
- Market program to indigenous communities

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE :
SALARY : $30.00 – 35.00 / hour (depending on experience)
HOURS : 40 hours week, Monday - Friday; evening hours may be required
This is an in Office with some local travel We are located at : 619B 36th Avenue NE
Calgary, AB T2E 2L8
TERM : 12-week contract
