Ensure all safety program instruction best practices and procedures are adhered and implement lesson plans progress reports and work week including days evenings weekends and occasional holiday records as needed including audits behaviour grids sign in sheets program area maintenance items and daily alongside Program Manager and Centre Manager to communicate needs of aquatics department to ensure high quality administrative support for staff scheduling training and current qualifications as required by this to all provincial and federal legislation relevant to job all YMCA standards and best practices protocols and regulations as defined by the association the Health Department and other governing a high level of retention among qualified high performing aquatics staff and volunteers through ongoing role modeling coaching and mentoringEnsure a front line presence during day evening and weekend hours as required by YMCA programs and services.
