Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel) Willing to learn Jonas and Procore software General office duties : mailing, faxing, filing, photocopying, and ordering of office supplies Making appointments, confirming and following up with clients Can multi-task and prioritize Provide administrative support as required for Estimating, Service & Small Projects Type, complete and send quotes, tender documents, contracts, maintenance agreements, letters etc. Coordinate shop drawing submittals Verifying correctness of invoices by suppliers for jobs / work orders Assist Service Team with quotes, proposals and other tasks as required Other duties as may be reasonably assigned or required
