We are seeking a dedicated individual who can collaborate effectively with stakeholders and drive process improvements across various domains, including fulfillment, operations, and sales.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong understanding of business analysis, project delivery practices, and standards across the project lifecycle
  • In-depth knowledge of business/group processes, procedures, and controls
  • Understanding of risk, regulatory, and compliance requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong collaboration and team skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Data-driven decision-making abilities

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in change management and strategic planning
  • Proficiency in designing and implementing core business processes
  • Knowledge of industry technical and business trends

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor to assigned business groups
  • Influence and negotiate to achieve business objectives
