What Is The Opportunity?

Calgary Construction Operations is hiring Finish Grader Operators to support our Base Crew in Calgary, Alberta for the 2026 season.

What You'll Do Here:

• Responsible for safely operating a motor grader.
• Performs fine grade finishing.
• Laying and mixing materials to grade specifications.
• Other duties as assigned.

What You Bring to the Team:

• Knowledge with TopCon/Trimble GPS considered an asset.
• Must be able to understand grades and have knowledge of plans, drawings and overall road construction.
• Maintains a valid Class 5 driver’s license.
• Own vehicle to get to and from jobsite.
• Willing to work overtime, nightshifts and weekends, as required.
• Must comply with the company's drug & alcohol program, including testing requirement.
