Process operator Jobs in Ajax, ON

We are seeking a certified and seasoned Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. This is a vital, hands-on position where your expertise in material movement will directly ensure the efficiency and accuracy of our daily distribution. - Evening shifts from 3:30pm-2am
- Location: Oshawa, ON
- Permanent, immediate start


Responsibilities
- Safely operate the reach forklift to move product.
- Finalize and secure outbound cargo by precisely staging, wrapping, and prepping pallet loads to guarantee stability and prevent damage during transit.
- Execute dock operations with speed and precision, safely loading and unloading trailers and containers to maintain a continuous and efficient logistics workflow.
- Utilize reach forklifts to maneuver, stack, and organize high-volume inventory and finished goods throughout the facility with a constant focus on safety.
- Maintain inventory integrity and facility safety through regular cycle counts, organized stock management, and the proactive elimination of workplace hazards.
- Lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- 2 years experience operating the reach forklift.
- Valid forklift certification is an asset.
- Must be comfortable working in a refrigerated environment.
- Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Previous experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
- Must have reliable transportation to access the work site.
