About the Role :

The Manager is a senior leadership role responsible for all utility operations including generation transmission distribution engineering customer billing and business administration. Reporting directly to the CEO of Naka Power Utilities (NWT) this role combines operational oversight with strategic planning and financial stewardship. The Manager ensures safe reliable and cost-effective service delivery drives modernization initiatives and providessenior management-level input on company strategy and risk management.

Naka has been providing safe reliable electricity to communities across the Northwest Territories for over 70 years. Rooted in the land and powered by the people we are a regulated utility serving Yellowknife NDilo and several remote communities from our Hay River and Yellowknife offices.
