Founded in Perth, Western Australia, Burgundy has established itself in the market through its innovative strategy and unique vertically integrated business model, focused on capturing margins along the full value chain of the diamond market. Burgundy is part of CanadaMark™, a program that assures manufacturers, retailers and customers, that Burgundy Diamonds are sustainably produced and support ethical investment in Canadian Northern Indigenous communities.

  • Perform routine maintenance on Mill Wide glycol heating and heat recovery systems
  • Perform routine maintenance on building heating and building ventilation systems (BMS / BAS)
  • Maintain and repair boilers and oil fired furnaces for stand-alone buildings on the mine site;
  • You will ensure compliance to company quality and safety standards as well as statutory requirements.

Education/Experience

  • You will have an applicable trade qualification in relevant discipline (Journeyperson Certification);
  • Minimum 4th Class Operating Engineer’s Certificate;
  • A second trade ticket in the oil burner field would be an asset;
  • Familiarity and ability to monitor and adjust set points to Siemens and Johnson Controls building management systems;
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience working in an Institutional or Industrial setting;
  • An overriding commitment to safety is a must;
  • To round out the required skill-set, you will be computer literate, proficient with Microsoft Office and SAP, as well as proficient with report writing.
