Job description

Our client is looking for an Intermediate Program Manager for a 5 month contract in Oshawa.

This is a hybrid role.



Advantages
• Earn a competitive rate within the industry

• Hybrid: 3 Days onsite / 2 days remote
From October 20, 2025, the candidate is required to work onsite 4 days a week and 1 day from home
From January 5, 2026, the candidate is required to work onsite 5 days a week fully



Responsibilities
• Provide program management leadership and expertise of large scale, highly complex, high profile and high-risk initiatives that may be multi-jurisdictional and/or enterprise-wide.

• Ensure accountability for the Enterprise Strategic Vendor Management program initiative's centralized group of projects and their successful full life cycle delivery.

• Ensure program initiatives are delivered cost effectively and efficiently, and in compliance with organization’s methodologies, standards and frameworks.



Qualifications
Must Have:

• Extensive experience with Program Management and strong PMLC exp.

• Strong IT and vendor management exp.

• Strong Governance exp.

• Strong Product Management and KPIs experience.

• Prior project exp ideal - vendor management (market profiling/analysis).
