Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Admin / Upgrade Specialist with strong hands-on experience in PeopleSoft Financials development, PeopleTools, General Ledger (GL), upgrades, integrations, and production support. The ideal candidate will have extensive PeopleCode experience and strong technical expertise across the PeopleSoft Financials platform.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain PeopleSoft Financials solutions using PeopleCode, with strong focus on the General Ledger (GL) module
Support GL functionalities including journal creation, processing, multicurrency, allocations, closing, consolidation, equitization, and interunit processing
Perform development using Page Design, PeopleCode, Application Engine, File Layouts, SQR, BI Publisher, Application Packages, Component Interfaces, Integration Broker, and nVision
Support PeopleSoft Financials upgrades and PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM) activities
Collaborate with business users and technical teams to refine requirements and deliver comprehensive technical solutions
Create and maintain Design Documents and Technical Design Documents
Develop and support Fluid applications, Tiles, and Homepages
Develop and maintain nVision and BI Publisher reports
Work with the latest PeopleTools and PeopleSoft application releases
Perform end-to-end system integration and external interface configuration and testing
Develop complex SQL queries to troubleshoot and resolve data issues
Develop and support web services for third-party application integrations
Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely technical resolutions
Work with change control tools such as PHIRE and STAT
Support application deployments, testing, migrations, and release activities

Required Qualifications

Strong hands-on experience with PeopleSoft Financials and PeopleTools
Extensive PeopleCode development experience
Strong General Ledger (GL) functional and technical knowledge
Hands-on experience with PeopleTools development technologies
Experience with PeopleSoft upgrades and PUM
Strong SQL development and data troubleshooting skills
Experience with Integration Broker and web services
Experience with system integration and external interfaces
Strong experience with Fluid development, Tiles, and Homepages
Experience with nVision and BI Publisher reporting
Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills
