It's an Agile team of PeopleSoft experts, who is leading the charge in enhancing the SFU experience with modern IT solutions within Oracle Peoplesoft Enterprise Systems, including Campus Solutions, Human Capital Management, and Finance and Supply Chain Management systems available to SFU students, faculty, and staff.

About the Role

  • Good knowledge of functional analysis, quality assurance, and change management best practices.
  • Must have a solid understanding in the specific ERP subject area.
  • Strong knowledge in the use of enterprise resource planning applications (e.g. Oracle Peoplesoft, Ellucian Banner, SAP).
  • Strong business analysis skills, with a proven ability to successfully conduct business and systems process analysis and design at a medium level of complexity to ensure solutions meet long-term business strategies.
  • Strong project management skills, with proven ability to successfully manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, teamwork, and mentorship skills.
  • Strong analytical reasoning, problem solving, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Strong verbal, written and presentation communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.

What We Offer

At SFU, our goal is to ensure our people are valued and supported by promoting a healthy work-life balance, professional growth and development, as well as a safe and respectful workplace. We offer temporary employees who belong in the Administrative & Professional Staff Association (APSA) :

  • An additional 7% pay in lieu of benefits & 8% vacation pay.
  • Employer paid extended health & dental plans.
  • Professional development funds (minimum contract period of 1 year).
  • Hybrid-work program for eligible positions.
  • Additional Information

The assignment end date is January 30, 2027.
