Location : Montreal, QC

Assignment Duration : 10 Months

Work schedule : 40 hours / week

Work mode : Hybrid (3 days / week in office presence is required)

Job Description

Responsibilities

Conduct systems analysis as it pertains to HR business requirements and client support
Provide system requirements to IT and ensures changes are tested, implemented and communicated to user community
Provide user support and procedures to user community when required.
Monitor critical system issues and ensure resolution
Maintain and update foundation and configuration tables
Work closely with pertinent stakeholders
Monitor data integrity and validate data anomalies
Review and streamline end-user processes ensuring accuracy and efficiency
Other tasks as required.

Requirements and qualifications

5-8 years of relevant experience

Peoplesoft experience is required

Exceptional analytical, organizational and communication skills

Results oriented with proactive and methodical approach to problem solving

Able to multi-task and work under pressure against tight deadlines and changing priorities

Must be a team player with ability to work closely with diverse groups and working styles

The successful candidate must be proficient in English, as the role involves working with resources outside of Quebec

Responsabilités

Effectuer une analyse des systèmes en ce qui concerne les exigences opérationnelles RH et le support client

Fournir les exigences système au service informatique et s'assurer que les modifications sont testées, mises en œuvre et communiquées à la communauté des utilisateurs

Fournir un support utilisateur et des procédures à la communauté des utilisateurs lorsque cela est nécessaire.

Surveiller les problèmes critiques du système et assurer leur résolution

Maintenir et mettre à jour les tables de fondation et de configuration

Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les parties prenantes concernées

Surveiller l'intégrité des données et valider les anomalies de données

Examiner et rationaliser les processus des utilisateurs finaux en garantissant l'exactitude et l'efficacité

Autres tâches selon les besoins.

Exigences et qualifications

5 à 8 années d'expérience pertinente

Une expérience avec Peoplesoft est requise

Excellentes compétences analytiques, organisationnelles et de communication

Orientation vers les résultats avec une approche proactive et méthodique de la résolution de problèmes

Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois et à travailler sous pression dans des délais serrés et des priorités changeantes

Doit être un joueur d'équipe capable de travailler en étroite collaboration avec divers groupes et styles de travail

Le candidat retenu doit maîtriser l'anglais, car le poste implique de travailler avec des ressources à l'extérieur du Québec
