Who we are :
At WS Audiology, we provide innovative hearing aids and hearing health services. Together with our 12,000 colleagues in 130 countries, we invite you to help unlock human potential by bringing back hearing for millions of people around the world. With us, you will become part of a truly global company where we care for one another, welcome diversity and celebrate our successes. Sounds wonderful? We can't wait to hear from you.
About the role :
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will work closely with people leaders to hire top talent while providing an exceptional candidate experience. This role will focus on hiring regulated hearing care professionals across Canada for our HearCANADA clinic locations and for regulated WSA Corporate hires.
This is a permanent full-time hybrid position based within the Greater Toronto Area or surrounding areas. Some time will be spent onsite at our Burlington head office + some travel (up to 20%) will be required for industry and recruitment events across Canada.
What you'll do :
- Full-cycle recruitment management : Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including submitting requisitions for approval, sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for vacancies. Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external applicants and guide candidates through the process while providing feedback.
- Coach and support people leaders : Collaborate with hiring managers across departments to understand hiring requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies. Support leaders with interviewing techniques and tools.
- Maintain systems and notes : Use the ATS and internal reporting to track requisition information, candidate status updates, and general notes.
- Branding and events : Maintain job postings within the ATS. Use external sources to post and source for hard-to-fill vacancies. Establish partnerships with governing bodies, community partners, and academic partners. Stay abreast of industry changes and competitive intelligence.
