Partner – Estate Litigation - 7+ years of experience
Location: Vancouver, BC
Our client, a growing and forward-thinking law firm, is seeking an experienced Estate Lawyer to join their team. This opportunity is ideal for a lawyer with at least 7+ years of practice experience and a solid foundation in estate law. The role offers the chance to manage a variety of complex files with a focus on client advocacy, clear communication, and compassionate service. An existing client base is preferred. Established Partner with the ability to mentor, lead the estate group - mold the department and set quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and advocate for clients in estate law matters.
Conduct legal research and draft high-quality legal documents.
Negotiate resolutions while maintaining professional relationships.
Offer strategic advice to clients and support colleagues within the firm.
Candidate Profile:
Minimum 7+ years of relevant legal experience.
Skilled in legal drafting, negotiation, and client relations.
Strong understanding of relevant statutes and regulations.
Empathetic and professional in guiding clients through sensitive matters.
Compensation:
Flexible structure: fee-split or salary with performance bonus.
Salary range: $150,000 – $250,000+, based on experience, book of business, and year of call.
