In this role, you’ll play a critical part in ensuring transactions are processed accurately, controls are maintained, and internal and external clients receive exceptional support.

This is a hands-on role with high visibility—perfect for someone who demonstrates leadership qualities through ownership, initiative, and a drive for operational excellence.

Duration: 12 months (Possibility of Extension)

Responsibilities
• Ensure assigned online support cases are completed
• Liaise with banknote advisory desk and operations
• Ensure quality service and effective and efficient operations support for internal business partners and external customers
• Prioritize daily tasks to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Resolution and escalation of matched and unmatched trades for Global Banknote Clients
• Liaising with other internal departments to ensure timely resolution of outstanding contracts
• Involvement in ad hoc projects for new processes or industry initiatives
