Position- Special Operations Guard(SOG) Reporting directly to the Account Manager

Schedule : Continental rotation shifts, 24X7 availability is required, need coverage for days, nights, evenings, afternoons or over-nights

Pay rate : $19 / hr

Location : Hamilton, Burlington nearby

What does a Security Guard in Hamilton do?

Ensure the protection of people, assets, and property

Site Operations Management

• Familiarize with and adapt to the unique requirements of all assigned sites.
• Provide on-call support to cover high-risk locations or critical operational gaps.
• Ensure a thorough understanding of site-specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Qualifications to become a Security Guard in Hamilton

A valid security guard license and first aid card

Minimum 2 years of security experience

Must have own vehicle

Must have Ontario driver's license G

Great communication skills both verbal and written

Good with computers

Available to work flexible hours

Have a clear criminal background

Be eligible to work in Canada
