Familiar with Agile methodologies.
Experience in test strategy, planning, specification, estimation, execution, and coordination.
Capable of producing test completion reports and status reports.
Excels in end-to-end, system integration, regression, business functionality, and integration testing.
Strong communication, interpersonal skills, time management, responsibility for deliverables, and issue escalation.
Qualifications :
Insurance Industry Knowledge : Familiarity with insurance regulations, particularly GISA, Facility Association, and GAA, with a deep understanding of policy lifecycle.
Experience : Previous experience in regulatory reporting, business analysis, underwriting, or related field within the insurance industry.
