A well-established and growing organization is seeking a highly motivated Administrative Assistant to join its collaborative and client-focused team. This is a confidential search as the organization continues to expand its operations.
The Opportunity
This role provides comprehensive administrative and client service support across the organization. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining strong client relationships while ensuring operational efficiency and accuracy in documentation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing incoming communications (phone and email)
- Coordinating and supporting client interactions and in-office meetings
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation
- Providing administrative support to internal teams
- Assisting with general office coordination and daily operations

Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in business, commerce, economics, accounting, or a related field
- Internship or co-op experience in a relevant field, with strong references
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong verbal and telephone communication abilities
- High level of professionalism, ethics, and discretion
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Adobe Acrobat
